Directions
This is one of the easiest recipes ever made – but not less tasty than others. Try it with a perfectly cooked Spaghetti plate – remember, al dente!
You can even put it in the freezer! In this way, you’ll have your Pesto Stocks always ready to go when you want to impress your friends with some top class Sicilian Cuisine!

Put everything (but the oil!) in the chopper and proceed until everything is finely chopped. |

Slowly add the olive oil in order to give it the usual texture of the pesto and mix carefully – if you want it a bit more “liquid” add more oil, and blend again! |
