Directions
- Add the sugar in the vinegar, mixing everything well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Pour the liquid into a pan where the frying oil of the dish to be flavoured is already present. Keep the mixture in the pan on heat for about a minute.
- Allow the sweet-and-sour sauce to cool then pour it over the food to be flavoured.
