This is one of the easiest recipes ever made – but not less tasty than others. Try it with a perfectly cooked Spaghetti plate – remember, al dente!

Sicilian Pesto

Dried tomatoes 150gr
Garlic
Parmesan cheese 60gr
Pecorino Cheese 40gr
Peeled Almonds 2 tsp
Olive oil
A handful of basil leaves
Directions
- Put everything (but the oil!) in the chopper and proceed until everything is finely chopped.
- Slowly add the olive oil in order to give it the usual texture of the pesto and mix carefully – if you want it a bit more “liquid” add more oil, and blend again!
