Cauliflower 500gr
Spaghetti pasta 150gr
Salt and Pepper
EVO 2 Tablespoon
Grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, cut the cauliflower into small pieces.
- Throw the pieces of cauliflower into the boiling water. Add salt and cook until the vegetables are cooked.
- Remove any excess cooking water, add the pasta and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
- When the pasta is cooked, turn off the heat and let it rest.
- Serve with a sprinkling of black pepper and grated seasoned cheese.
