Ingredients

  • Cauliflower 500gr

  • Spaghetti pasta 150gr

  • Salt and Pepper

  • EVO 2 Tablespoon

  • Grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, cut the cauliflower into small pieces.
  • Throw the pieces of cauliflower into the boiling water. Add salt and cook until the vegetables are cooked.
  • Remove any excess cooking water, add the pasta and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
  • When the pasta is cooked, turn off the heat and let it rest.
  • Serve with a sprinkling of black pepper and grated seasoned cheese.
