Fried Black Olives
400gr Black olives
1 Garlic clove
Another easy recipe that you can try at home! Black Olives are fairly easy to find all around the world, the same for the other ingredients: the fresher, the better!
Pour the olive oil into the pan and then put everything (but the vinegar!).
Start frying for a couple of minutes, stir constantly.
After 5/7 minutes, simmer with 2 tablespoons of vinegar for another couple of minutes.
Serve them piping hot!
