Fried Black Olives

Black Olives 400gr
Garlic Clove 1
Vinegar
Oregano
EVO Oil
Directions
- Pour the olive oil into the pan and then put everything (but the vinegar!).
- Start frying for a couple of minutes, stir constantly.
- After 5/7 minutes, simmer with 2 tablespoons of vinegar for another couple of minutes.
- Serve them piping hot!
