The pasta with melted cauliflowers (pasta ch’i vruoccoli arriminati) is a tasty, typical dish of the Sicilian Culture. Do not confuse “vruoccoli” with broccoli! In sicilian “vruoccoli” means cauliflowers, whereas the sicilian word for broccoli is “sparacelli”!
