Stuffed Fiori di zucca

Fiori di zucca 16
Eggs 2 beaten
Flour. Seasoned to taste
Fresh Mozzarella cheese 1
Anchovies 1 can
Directions
- Wash and clean the flowers and remove the stem inside. Pat dry.
- Place a small slice of fresh Mozzarella with a piece of Anchovy inside the Flower.
- Dip the filled Flowers in seasoned all purpose Flour and dip into beaten Eggs and back into the Flour again. Shake of excess Flour.
- Heat Olive Oil in your skillet and gently fry the Flowers turning once until they are lightly golden brown.
- Serve hot with fresh Lemon.
