This easy-to-prepare recipe is an unparalleled delicacy! For an optimal result get some rather large and fresh flowers, stuff them as you like (or follow our recipe!) and fry them in deep oil using the immersion technique. Serve them hot and I recommend…make enough because they will never be enough!

Wash and clean the flowers and remove the stem inside. Pat dry.

Place a small slice of fresh Mozzarella with a piece of Anchovy inside the Flower.

Dip the filled Flowers in seasoned all purpose Flour and dip into beaten Eggs and back into the Flour again. Shake of excess Flour.

Heat Olive Oil in your skillet and gently fry the Flowers turning once until they are lightly golden brown.

Serve hot with fresh Lemon.
