4) Lady Gaga

She was born on March 28, 1986 at Lenox Hill Hospital, in the Upper East Side of New York. His father is an American entrepreneur and restaurateur of Sicilian origins (his grandfather had in fact emigrated from Naso, in the province of Messina, to reach the United States of America in 1908) while his mother is an American housewife of French-Canadian origin.

 

5) John Turturro

American actor, director and screenwriter with Italian citizenship. He was born in Brooklyn, borough of New York, on February 28, 1957, son of Italian immigrants. His father, Nicholas Turturro (born Nicola Turturro), was a carpenter originally from Giovinazzo (in the province of Bari), who came to the United States at the age of six, while his mother, Katherine, was a jazz singer originally from Aragon (in province of Agrigento).
