Ingredients:
– 700gr of Anelletti pasta
– Two bottles of tomato passata
– Onions and carrots for the soffritto
– 500gr of soy mince
– 2 eggplants (air fried)
– Violife mozzarella cheese
– Violife parmesan cheese
